Dhamaal just won Best of the Bay Readers Poll Best Electronic Act and Janaka won Best DJ. The Guardian is a weekly with circulation of 160,000 copies per week. This is by far the most important and in depth survey of the Bay Area.

In 2003 the Editors of the Guardian awarded Dhamaal Best of the Bay, this year the readers of the Guardian voted Dhamaal the best in an unprecedented two categories.

Finally Club Six, where Dhamaal holds the longest running residency, won Best Club and Maneesh's other residency Dub Mission won Best Dub Club.
