It must be said that for now AV isn't going under. We now have to pay $5/stream/month as our new fee. Not too bad you say? Well remember this is only because AV is not a business. As a business all the royalty fees mentioned here still stand - so we still need to change that fee model for AV to survive on a long term basis.

Second:

New Section called Media has been added. It's primarily done to share some of the stuff that the record labels have been providing AV. Although don't get too hopeful - the media comes from the labels on a very slow basis.

Live365 has added a feature which allows broadcasters to tell where their listeners are from. So the image on the right gives you an idea of the number of hours that people around the world are listening to AV. The percentages are out of a total of 5586 hours and 33 minutes.
